Coverage for the filter housing and fittings.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in the housing and fittings — cracks, leaks or failures that appear under normal household use. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the unit.
What's not covered
The filter cartridge is a consumable and is not covered — it is designed to be replaced every 6–8 months, depending on your water quality and usage. Damage from misuse, drops, unauthorised disassembly or non-standard plumbing is also not covered.
How to claim
Email indiad2cterm@gmail.com with your order number, photos or a short video of the issue, and a description of what happened. We will confirm coverage and arrange the next steps.
