Refund & Return Policy
If something isn't right, tell us — we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at indiad2cterm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
Returns
Unused products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because a shower filter is a hygiene product that connects to your water supply, we cannot accept returns of opened or used units unless they are defective.
How to start a return
Email indiad2cterm@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and share the return shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through our payment processor, Razorpay. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies. To cancel, email indiad2cterm@gmail.com with your order number.
Preorders
Preorders are paid in full at checkout and can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If we are unable to fulfil your preorder, you will be refunded in full automatically.
