Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who handles it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address — only what's needed to process and deliver your order. If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through our Shopify checkout. We never see, store or have access to your full card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payment data is handled under Razorpay's and Shopify's own security and privacy standards.
How we use your data
We use your information to fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and — only if you sign up — send MULFLOW news. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We use Shopify (store and checkout), Razorpay (payments) and courier partners (delivery). These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To access, correct or delete your personal data, email indiad2cterm@gmail.com and we will action your request.
