About us
MULFLOW sells shower filtration products in India through this website. Our current product is the MULFLOW MAX 25-stage shower filter, priced at ₹2,500 (exclusive of taxes and fees, which are calculated at checkout). You can reach us at indiad2cterm@gmail.com.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we accept and confirm your order. Prices, availability, taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout are authoritative and may change without notice. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) through our secure Shopify checkout. We do not store your payment credentials. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
Preorders
Items marked as preorders are paid in full at checkout and ship when stock is ready. The dispatch date for preorders has not been announced yet. Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch; if we cannot fulfil your preorder, you are refunded in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy on this site, which form part of these terms.
Product information
We describe our products honestly and do not publish performance numbers we have not verified. Final performance specifications will be published after product testing and validation. Features described as coming soon or in development are not included with current products.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to MULFLOW and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
