Shipping Policy
How and where your MULFLOW order travels.
Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. Shipping destinations, charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay, based on the delivery address you enter.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Preorders are an exception: the dispatch date for preorders has not been announced yet, and we will notify preorder customers by email as soon as it is confirmed.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and courier availability. Remote pin codes may take longer. A tracking link is shared with you when your order ships.
Delays
Courier delays, strikes, weather and other events outside our control can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, write to indiad2cterm@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
Address changes
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us before your order is dispatched. We cannot change the address once a shipment is with the courier.
